I have spent the past 7 years learning and perfecting the art of sales and the craft of leading others to have successful careers in sales and marketing. I began my journey with a sales firm in Indianapolis of 2015 where I learned all the ins and outs of B2B, channel sales, cold calling, lead generation, territory management, and executing sales presentations to the close. I then moved to Indianapolis to help a start up business grow from the ground up. While there I mastered Executive/C-level sales and helped expand a market by over 120%, which generated over an additional $2.5M in annual revenue. I then expanded back to Nashville, TN with a team where I focused on leadership and recruiting a top tier team, dominating outsourced sales for our clients in the B2B and direct channel sales sectors, as well as expanding the territory by over 250% leading to over $5M in annual revenue. This team grew to 75+ with representation in 2+ markets, dominating KPIs and steam rolling our goals by consistently hitting 120-175% of our targets. My areas of expertise include developing a highly effective sales pitches that work, simplifying and teaching SaaS/C-level sales strategies to beginners, empowering others to step into leadership roles, making management procedures systematic and replicable, as well as not just interviewing but recruiting the best of the best.
