As a platform product manager for Paycom, I work with all teams and departments throughout Paycom to solve real problems with innovation by creating dynamic and scalable products that help our clients and internal team accomplish tasks with ease. With over 5 years of experience in product management and data analysis, I have a strong background in strategy, analytics, and product development. Previously, I worked at Walmart Global Tech as a software engineering operations analyst, where I innovated with automation of break-fix applications and services for our internal support teams. I established a Scrum model process using JIRA and Confluence, driving project management and guiding our vision with internal stakeholders. I also built data sets out of ServiceNow and Tableau to measure and improve our key performance indicators. I'm passionate about delivering value to users and businesses through agile and user-centric solutions.
