I strive to be the best husband and father I can be at home, and I aim to provide the best level of professional service in the workplace. I endeavour to go above and beyond for both my family and my clients. For over 15 years, I have committed my skills in contributing to the field of biometric security. I am an experienced Product & Service Delivery Specialist whose expertise includes: Problem Solving Methodologies Implementing Improvement Processes Problem Analysis Customer Satisfaction Product Training Procurement (I don’t like to talk about myself, but the Marketing department said I should…) …I have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering increased quality in service, improved SLA attainment, and improved customer satisfaction. I am highly competent in designing and implementing improvement processes that address the efficiency of the service supplied to the Customers. This involves: Customer engagement Problem analysis Resolving issues Implementing solutions Customer retention While I’m passionate about my work with biometrics, I am also a huge fan of Rugby League – I might be better behind a screen than on the field, but I sure would make a great armchair athlete!
