As a small business professional with a MBA, I have been involved in multiple turnaround successes spanning diverse business markets. My career includes 12 years of Business Development experience in numerous service segments. I am adept at identifying, initiating and nurturing innovative partnering and sponsorship opportunities, and leveraging relationships for mutual gain. Using this skill-set, I conceived, successfully developed and sold multiple companies. In these capacities, I brought together investors, CEOs, athletes, celebrities, philanthropists, elected government officials and appointed staff, general managers, law partners, and more to establish, sponsor and advocate for highly original business initiatives. I possess a passionate entrepreneurial drive and strong persuasive presence that enables common ground with clients, business partners, stakeholders, and vendors. For more than a decade I have been part of leadership teams that collaborated on every facet of the business to deliver an idea into a revenue producing company. Currently, I am the director of business development at Language Academy Inc, a preschool/elementary school that focuses on providing an academically advanced curriculum utilizing the medium of foreign language to instruct the students. During each of the seven years under my leadership, the school has experienced triple digit percentage growth in students, over 250% in all. Being a language immersion school, I routinely work with and manage a diverse student family base and a staff comprised of employees from different countries and cultural perspectives.
