He is also the director of aviation at a private company, where he is responsible for the operations and maintenance of a fleet of corporate jets. Nathan has a proven track record of leading teams, developing people, and delivering results in the business aviation industry. He has successfully implemented paperless maintenance record keeping systems, negotiated contracts, managed aircraft transactions, and set up international bases of operation. He has also established and maintained strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, systems suppliers, regulatory agencies, and advocacy groups.
