Originally from the Midlands, I've returned to London, the starting point of my tech career and my educational journey with a Physics degree from Imperial College. I have a passion for travel and a curiosity for all things unique and intriguing. Over the past 12 years, I've worked and traveled globally, spending three impactful years with Médecins Sans Frontières as a Technical Logistician Manager and Fundraiser Team Leader. My adventures have taken me through South America, Europe, and various locales in Africa and Asia. As I pivot back into the tech sector, I bring with me substantial experience in C++ and MATLAB from my studies, complemented by my initial professional role focusing on web app development, database design, and SQL implementation. Currently, I am enhancing my skill set with projects in React, alongside refreshing my knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Python. Now settled back in London, I am reconnecting with my tech network and eager to expand it by participating in meet-ups, brainstorming sessions, and tech gatherings. Known for being exceptionally helpful and friendly, I am searching for an organization that values mentorship and offers robust training and learning opportunities to accelerate my journey in technology.
