About Nathaniel Adams

Every job I've had — from my first stint washing dishes to managing a multinational network of photographer, partners, and clients — has evolved from the very beginning. In each case, I mastered the basic requirements, quickly expanded my responsibilities, and refined the initial processes. I delight in acquiring new skills and knowledge, and once I learn a process I begin to look for ways to improve it. Every employer I've had has relied on me to maintain quality work while freeing them up to expand their business. I excel working with a small team, where I can have a great impact on the goals and outcomes of the team's work, but can also rely on the support of the people I work closely with. My friends and co-workers rely on me for my breadth of knowledge as well as my ability to quickly learn or research answers and solutions. I also use my acquired knowledge to train others (whether co-workers, contributors or clients) on the platforms I know. My experience working with scripting and databases is balanced with my strong written and spoken communication skills. One particular strength that I have a result is the ability to explain technical processes to the non-technically-minded, and conversely to translate the needs and requirements of clients and users to a more programmatically-oriented framework. Working with images has been a huge part of my work, and I truly appreciate the ways in which photographs can capture the beauty of our natural and designed world, the range of human emotion and expression, and the vastness of ideas and imagination.
