Over the past several years, I’ve worked independently across a broad region in southwestern Minnesota, representing The Nielsen Company and helping maintain the accuracy of media measurement while supporting teams across markets. Earlier in my career, I managed a pharmacy on the north shore of Lake Superior, where I handled operations, vendor relationships, compliance, and customer care. That time shaped a lot about how I approach work—balancing precision with empathy, logistics with people. I helped drive a 10% profit increase through process changes, but what’s stuck with me more is the sense of connection to the community.
