I am highly experienced in customer service and have a customer focus with a passion for learning and improving myself as well as others, and I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my skill set. I have recently obtained my CeMap qualification and am looking to move into a mortgage advisor or similar role to continue with my focus of helping customers in the best way possible by guiding them through one of the most stressful life events that we can have, in a calm, professional, open and friendly manner. In my current role a personal banker I regularly interact with customers and assist with their banking needs whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. I’m also responsible for identifying customer needs that require referrals to other members of the team to make sure the customer receives the best possible outcome. I also enjoy taking on additional responsibilities such as staff training, as well as getting involved with area initiatives, I am currently involved in a project that encourages and promotes green initiatives and staff welfare through healthier, cleaner living, and have had several of my ideas implemented and rolled out across the area.
