About Nathaniel Kinney

I found my passion for helping people at the age of 10 when I started to visit nursing homes to help out with their weekly bingo sessions with my uncle and grandfather. Being able to assist someone in such a small and simple way as helping them read the numbers on their bingo card seemed easy and had such a massive impact on the people that I would talk to. Having someone there to talk to and spend time with made an incredible impact on their overall attitude for the rest of the week. In doing so, I found out that doing even the smallest of things for someone can have an amazing impact on their life. After that, I found that the best way for me to help people was to work in an environment where I can directly impact their experience with a company, and so I became a customer experience professional. I have over 10 years of experience helping people and improving their daily experiences and over 5 years of experience working directly with companies to be able to directly impact their clientele and increase their retention of clients and referrals of new clients.
