Driven and savvy Business Analyst with a strong background in software support and analytics. Experienced in Managed Services Teams, Implementations, User Training, Project Planning and Management, Data Modeling, and Reporting. In my current role, I am a liaison between the Training Facilitation Team and LMS Administration Team of Spirit Airlines. I assist by tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and managing training initiatives within the Airport Services sector that presides over training of Spirit Team Members both above and below the wing. Additionally, I am in charge of auditing Initial/recurrent training and compliance of required training curriculums, including Spirit Airlines policies and procedures as well as those set forth by the FAA and TSA. I also provide technical support to Stations and users via proactive reporting, supplementary materials, live consultation, and correspondence. In addition, I create and design administrative projects and strategies for training initiatives and reporting purposes. I work closely with Data Modeling tools such as Power Bi to present accurate and insightful information to our network. As a Program Lead, I manage a small Team dedicated to streamlining our departments training administration and back end management. I work closely with international stations and assist in keeping their operations up to par with regulatory standards. I also regularly audit internal and network wide certifications to assist in keeping our network within FAA and TSA compliance regulations.
