I have many years of experience in the IT industry, excellent customer service skills, Project Management experience, Microsoft Systems Management Server experience, Microsoft SharePoint experience, some Programming and Coding experience, Software Customization and Packaging experience, and Tier 1,2, & 3 Support; all at the enterprise level in large production environments. I am a strong team player and excel at being a part of a productive team but I can also work unsupervised if need be. I have leadership experience and possess strong organizational skills. I have spent time working Information Technology in the health care industry as an IT Specialist, a Systems Administrator for an Enterprise Solutions Team supporting the Department of Defense, U.S. Army on the Rock Island Arsenal, a Systems Administrator at Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center (ECBC) on the Rock Island Arsenal,and my most recent experience has been that of Internal Engineer for OXEN Technology. I am CompTIA Security+ and Server+ certified, as well as a certified Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO). I have a broad understanding IT Infrastructure on all levels and have the privilege of working with many different technologies including security, networking, server, and software development. I am familiar with government and civilian work environments as well as both small businesses and large corporations. I know the importance and impact of providing IT support to an environment that directly affects either clients, patient care or our soldiers overseas.
