I am a Public Health communication/Immunization Expert, with a specialty in Advocacy/Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), Communication for Development (C4D) in project and program areas like; Maternal Newborn Child Health & Nutrition (MNCH+N), Immunization, Outbreak Response, Media Collaboration, Social Mobilization, Public Relations, and Advocacy. I have more than 18 years of work experience; over 10 years' experience in general Communication (Public relation, Article and feature Writings, Media Announcement and Jingle production, Report writing, Training & Capacity building of various caliber of participants, high level deliberation that affects Health policies, and Resource Mobilization). I have more than 9 years experiences working in Public Health Emergencies and diseases Outbreak Responses within the United Nations (WHO & UNICEF) in Nigeria and Internationally. For over 5 years, I served as a State Team Coordinator and Program Manager of a UNICEF Immunization program in Kebbi State, Nigeria, and supervised a team of more than 300 communication personnel. I have a bachelor’s degree in Public and Community Health, a Master’s degree, in Public Health, and currently concluding another Masters in Communication and Behavioral Science (distance learning).
