I worked as a teaching assistant for the Texas A&M University Department of Engineering. The role involved: • Presenting information to students in preparation for each lab/assignment.• Holding office hours to offer additional assistance with reports as needed and grading assignments.• Mentored students during labs and assisted with machinery, calculations, and expected results.I have also worked as a student leader for undergraduate research for the engineering department as well. That role involved:• Led three teams consisting of twenty students in total.• Oversaw 3D modeling, minerals, and the marketability of project outcomes.• Collaborated directly with a professor and team members to design and select various components for the advancement of vapor compression desalination.• Produced new animation and model for desalination technology.• Overcame lack of production by improving communication and setting deadlines.My skills include: Python programming, MATLAB simulation software, Solidworks 3-D modeling, Blender animations, Linux workstations, and Microsoft Office.
