With over 6 years of experience as a licensed counselor and clinical director, I am passionate about providing high-quality and compassionate care to individualsseeking support. As the Executive Clinical Director at Forge Health I ensure compliance with quality assurance, payer standsrds, DHHS, State, and life safety code requirements. I also spearhead systems development and implementation to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, and develop and implement new business initiatives to increase program enrollment and revenue. In addition to my clinical and administrative responsibilities, I leverage my expertise in data analytics and program management to track and present data trends to C-suite and above, informing strategic decision-making and improving outcomes. I also provide staff development and training, enhancing overall program performance and staff satisfaction. As a consultant for Integrated Behavioral Health Services, I successfully implemented an Electronic Health Record system, streamlined data management, and wrote Request for Proposal documents for Crisis Stabilization and Mental Health Respite, and a secure psychiatric residential rehabilitation programs.
