My passion for hospitality and tourism stems from my education and experience in Hawaii, where I started as a Front Desk Agent and worked my way up to a Front Desk Manager at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. There, I honed my operational and leadership skills, overseeing a team of 15 associates, resolving complex guest issues, and improving guest satisfaction scores. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Oregon, which gives me a unique perspective and appreciation for the natural beauty and diversity of Hawaii and other destinations.
