About Nathaniel Waple

I am currently a student at the University of Illinois, pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. In May of this year, I graduated from Illinois State University, majoring in both Small Business Management and Human Resources. Along with my current studies, I have been working as a Human Resources Intern for Ryan Specialty, located in Chicago, IL since May of 2022. I have also recently worked as a Student Leasing Agent for Young America Realty in Normal, IL. I make my free time count. I am proud of my academic achievements and ambitious work ethic. I am driven to be the best version of myself inside and outside of the workplace. I constantly set short-term and long-term goals. In the future, I would like to progress my knowledge and network as much as possible. With my perseverance, loyalty, and confidence, I am hoping to surpass not only my goals, but the threshold in which I see myself. I believe that in order to grow as an employee or in general, you need to live outside of your comfort zone, which I plan to do on a daily basis.
