With over 15 years of quality assurance experience in various industries, I am a Quality Assurance Lead at Bungie, where I manage a team of testers and oversee the quality delivery of subclass and ability content for Destiny 2, one of the most popular online games in the world. I am ISTQB CTFL certified and proficient in Jira, STLC, and process improvement. In my previous roles, I have led the quality efforts for the content creation tools and pipeline used to develop new content for League of Legends from Riot Games, the Battle.net desktop application from Activision Blizzard, and the life-insurance portals for major clients at Securian Financial. I have successfully contributed to the launch of multiple game releases, updates, and expansions, and helped to increase user quality scores, reduce test deliverable completion time, and ensure customer satisfaction.
