About Nattie Lee

With my many years in the customer service industry, it has shown me how to stand out and take leadership when the team needs it the most. I have been a manager a few times in different roles— all have challenged me in different ways to find solutions one problem after the next. It has pushed me to build upon my communication, organization and problem-solving skills. I am currently a Boutique Lead at Aritzia. To ensure I get the best out of both roles, time management and partnership with the team helps keep my priorities aligned. I am grateful to be able to work with our Talent Management team to seek out the best potential candidates, while still balancing the store’s operation. Being with Aritzia has taught me how to work in a fast-paced environment and train others to adapt to it as well.Aside from my roles at Aritzia, I am also currently studying Project Management at BCIT. With a background of Interior Design, I decided to further my education to understand the lifecycle of projects and all the work that goes into it. Both education background has trained me to be detail-oriented and efficient to guarantee a successful project.As I continue to improve myself, I want to also invite you to grow with me and connect to build a strong community together!
