Our family-owned fashion retail business blends time-honored craftsmanship with modern trends, offering collections that resonate with quality and authenticity. In addition to fashion, I am involved in our eco-luxury hotel, which harmonizes with my Kodava values of respecting nature and community. This venture focuses on providing sustainable, luxury experiences to guests, ensuring that every stay is not only memorable but also aligned with responsible and eco-friendly practices. Carrying forward the rich traditions of my Kodava heritage, I am committed to embedding its values of integrity, hospitality, and respect for the environment into every aspect of my professional journey. By bridging the worlds of fashion and hospitality, I aim to create a legacy that honors both my family’s business history and my cultural roots. What I did previously: I was and still am inspired by the career exploration of talented individuals-What drives them to excel in their careers, what they have been told about work, what attracts them to certain positions and understand their motivating factors.This only grew my passion for empowering fellow professionals. Things that keep me positive: Coffee all day long, songs across all genres and the people person in me looking for people to interact with and get to know them.
