About Nausheen Dhanda

Being an optimist makes never giving up just a bit easier. As a mentor to hundreds of youth in the Lower-Mainland I am heavily involved in all things community service and social justice. I work as a Program Coordinator at KidsPlay Foundation, providing thousands of youth with opportunities completely free of charge. As a leader in the community I have had the privilege to work alongside outstanding individuals and in turn learn how to best serve my community. Outside of community service I attend the University of British Columbia and am completing a Bachelor's in Science with a Major in Microbiology and Immunology. I hold endless love for innovation and research and hope to become a research scientist within the Biotech industry here in Vancouver. My journey is just beginning and I'd love to hear from others pursuing various endeavours in these fields as well!
