About Naved Anver

I have over 22 years of construction management experience. Out of which 20 years’ experience is in GCC countries (UAE, Oman & Qatar). I have over 14 years’ experience with Project Management -Construction Management Consultancies (PM-CM) in Qatar itself, obtained by working as an Assistant Resident Engineer on the “Doha North Sewage Treatment & Associated Utilities Works” program of Public Works Authority (Ashghal) and as a Construction Manager on one of the mega development program in Qatar named as Lusail City. My key experience includes managing construction supervision of large Infrastructure Projects such as wet and dry utilities (Large diameter pipelines for Sewage & Drainage Networks) using open cut and micro-tunneling, TSE networks, District Cooling Network, Pneumatic Waste Control network, Gas pipeline and HV/LV/FO cables laying in designated corridors, etc. Experience also includes construction of Pumping Stations (TSE & Foul Sewer), large Sewage Treatment Plants, 11KV Electrical Substations and new city development projects, etc. with international Consultants and Contractors. I also have extensive experience in review and approval of technical submittals, management of design related issues arising during construction and experience of coordination on multiple projects with other consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure works at interfaces are coordinated, completed and successfully handed over to end users/Authorities.
