An impact-oriented, proactive, and process-driven senior Social Sector professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and over 18 years of experience in the Social sector. Have a well-rounded leadership experience in program planning & management in International development organizations & multinational corporations focusing on addressing diverse WASH issues. Adept in establishing healthy relationships with Government agencies (Centre and State), business partners, Non-profit partners, CSO, communities, and like-minded organizations. Have management experience in large-scale social development programs & administering grants size up to 32 million dollars from USAID for WASH program (USAID Cooperative Agreement); 2 million dollars grant from Gates Foundation for FSM project in collaboration with Delhi government; AusAID (DFAT) grant of 1.2 million AUD for Urban WASH program; WASH projects with grant size of 23,700 US dollars from an MNC; unrestricted funding etc. Strategy planning, program management, government relations and influencing, risk identification & mitigation, grant-making, strategic partnerships & stakeholder management, business development & people leadership are my forte. Received multiple awards for my outstanding performance in various organizations. Recipient of a number of scholarships from international organizations, such as WHO; UN-HABITAT & South Korean govt; Gates Foundation; The Dutch government, etc to attend international training & conferences on different WASH issues. I have published multiple papers, and posters on WASH issues and made presentations at various international conferences in the UK, US, Europe, and Africa.
