Currently, I work as a Medical Billing Specialist at DoctorCare (WELL Health Technologies), where I manage OHIP claim submissions, liaise with the Ministry of Health, and identify revenue optimization opportunities for physicians. This role complements my previous experience as a Medical Clerk at Markham Stouffville Urgent Care Centre, where I supported over patient encounters through detailed documentation, EMR management (OSCAR Pro), and HIPAA-compliant workflows. I’m certified in Data Science by IBM, and passionate about using data and technology to transform health administration.
