About Naveen Beasley

I had aspirations to become a professional tennis player. This took me to Barcelona, Spain where I trained for 3 years as a teenager and gave me the opportunity to study and learn Spanish fluently. I then earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, SLO where I played and captained a top 30 division I team. We captured 2 conference titles and made 2 NCAA tournament appearances during my time. I interned at Halliburton Drill Bits & Services in the summers of 2014 and 2015 where I worked with the sales/marketing teams to provide drill bit recommendations to engineers of various oil production companies. I also shadowed the sales teams on calls throughout the summer and gained valuable sales knowledge early on. More importantly, I had found my passion for technical sales. After graduation, I secured a position at Oriental Motor as a sales engineer. I finished training early and began to manage accounts and grow sales in my territory. I also began to establish mutually beneficial relationships and contacts throughout the automation industry and was recognized as one of the top sales engineers at the company. I am currently a Regional Sales Director for Telesis Technologies. I help businesses find the ideal marking solution for tracing their components, parts and products. Our marking products range from technologically advanced laser markers to dot peen pinstamp markers. My role is to grow the West Territory through management of my sales reps and provide the best marking solutions to any and every industry possible. Whether it be a custom integrated project for a large corporation to a bench top marking solution for a small machine shop. you name it, we mark it.
