Graduating student in Automotive Engineering with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in automobile manufacturing, process optimization, tooling and fixtures, and powertrain technology. Passionate about enhancing manufacturing efficiency and vehicle performance through innovative solutions and data-driven decision-making. My experience spans hands-on manufacturing, production planning, and optimization, with expertise in lean principles and KPI-driven process improvements. I have developed manufacturing procedures, designed production tooling, and led process standardization efforts, driving efficiency and compliance. As a core member of Team Force Racing (SAE Collegiate Club), I played a pivotal role in powertrain development, implementing advanced tools and technologies, including custom exhaust systems, and compact engine integration. I also led custom wiring for Formula Bharat 2020, overseeing vehicle manufacturing and testing. Beyond automotive engineering, I have experience in composite material fabrication and testing, mechanical design using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and vehicle diagnostics with sensor technologies (TPS, T-MAP, Idle Air Control, etc.). Driven by a passion for automotive innovation, electric vehicles, and crash testing, I am eager to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in vehicle engineering and manufacturing.
