At MILINDIA PVT. LTD. our team enhances the soaps detergents and oleochemicals sectors through expert project management and engineering innovation. Leveraging skills in BOM management detail design and Engineering and RFQ processes we champion project efficiency from conception to execution. As an Engineer (Projects) - Project Management with a Bachelor's degree focused in Mechanical Engineering I apply my academic knowledge and certifications such as Autodesk AutoCAD to provide transformative leadership. We strive for excellence focusing on meticulous equipment layout planning and vendor analysis to deliver on our commitment to quality and cost-effectiveness. Currently with MILINDIA PVT. LTD. as an Engineer - Project Management I direct the design installation and commissioning of Soap/Detergent powder manufacturing plants ensuring smooth project implementation and compliance with quality standards. I also oversee the release of production orders preparation of process datasheets and coordinate with vendors end users and project team members ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. I have successfully completed numerous projects (from concept to commissioning) in this field contributing to the expansion of operational capabilities and critical infrastructure development. I am passionate about leveraging my professional experience and knowledge in project management and engineering in my current role. In addition to project management experience I also have considerable and good experience in handling site activities. I have ensured and coordinated for the execution of one Greenfield Project for M/s. Hindustan Unilever Limited at their Patna (Bihar) India site from construction stage to Commissioning stage (commercial production stage). I actively engage with the project management community sharing insights and learning from peers. My goal is to not only lead successful and challenging projects but to also contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies.
