That has been the credo for propelling bold experiential landscape and economy around events in India and overseas for Naveet - a seasoned strategist with 19 years of expertise in crafting and executing differentiated and large scale government events and cultural Ips across multiple geographies. From turning Varanasi's local boat races into an IPL format/global racing league and bringing Hot Air Ballooning to the sacred scape of Varanasi with Kashi Balloon and Boat Festival to creating the Brahmaputra Carnival Festival and Bundhelkhand Mahotsav, Naveet also played a key operational role in launching the first commercial hot air ballooning company in India-Skywaltz. Launching and lodging these lesser known spots and cultural strands into the minds of premium travellers and customers through specialised experiences and transformative events, Naveet has been able to carve a unique niche in India for himself and has worked across 10 states/ government bodies in India and 14 countries across the world. He heads the special projects at E-Factor - one of the largest experiential events and publicly listed companies in India. From differentiated business strategy to creating operational blue prints that work in all terrain and multimedia products/ campaigns and various IPs across culture, sporting, tourism verticals, Naveet Bali is also responsible for bringing in strategic partnerships, high stake stakeholder management, is adept at growing brand and experiential communities and creating data driven insights and robust ROI for the clutter breaking projects in India and other countries. In his personal time, he likes to play with his twins and watch them grow into fierce feminists.
