I am an HR Recruiter at FundGuard, a startup company that provides cloud-based investment management software. With a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ruppin Academic Center, I apply my knowledge of human behavior and communication to recruit, assess, and onboard talent for technology roles. In my current role, I collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations, review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings and reference checks, and coordinate and schedule interviews. I also support the organization's welfare department by organizing and maintaining personnel records and internal databases and developing and executing HR processes such as feedback and assessment, and onboardingI enjoy working with people and leading recruitment and welfare processes, as well as learning new skills and technologies. My goal is to help FundGuard grow and succeed by attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
