My main goal in life has always been to be the best. The best in my career, best grades in school, best mother to my son. Many people who know me, whether in my personal life or the workplace, would say I love friendly competition and strive for greatness in all situations. I chose to pursue a career in Human Resources because of my experience working for various retail companies and previous knowledge of running a sustainable business. During my employment for multiple companies, I saw how all these companies had different approaches to sales goals, budgets, recruitment and hiring processes, and customer service. It sparked my interest in continuing my education and work hands-on in the work field. You may ask,"What makes me stand out from my other colleagues"? My mission is always to give my employer my all, no matter the circumstance. I have a passion for interacting with individuals ensuring that all needs are met to the highest standards. I have an outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. The mindset I have is that there is no task or assignment too difficult to complete. During my employment over the years, I noticed the same goal between co-workers I came across. Stable employment; every individual would like to be employed with an organization that values the employees within the company. Turnover rates for some businesses are very high and employees want reassurance that they are an asset to the employer they are working for. My goal is to find individuals with the best employer that matches their needs and experience while recruiting the best employee for the organization.
