If you are a business leader, business owner or involved in developing new business then carry on reading. A career of over 15 years in corporate sales saw me go from average performer to a sales star. How did I do this? By using coaching, training and hours of beating on my craft. I specifically worked on my selling and communication skills as well on developing a high performance mindset. If you don't have great sales skills then you will always fall behind your competitors. If you don't have a turbo charged mindset then you will never maximise your potential. I have taken all the lessons learnt from generating over £20 million in sales revenue. What I have learnt from training as a high performance coach as well as my personal journey from average to high performing, to create a business that helps corporate teams, leaders as well as entrepreneurs with their sales. The programmes we run transform sales performance and results. Using my SMS framework, we develop the sales skills, mindset and strategy of individuals and teams and lead them to exponentially better sales results I am also a keynote speaker in the areas of sales, powerful communication, confidence and high performing mind-set.
