About Navin Pathangay

Navin Pathangay, an Entrepreneur and Architect in Arizona, started his own firm, Pathangay Architects LLC in 2005. In parallel, he started Inception Development in 2011 and Inception Advisory Group in late 2018. He has been an architect for hundreds of cannabis facilities. In addition, he has worked on architectural projects ranging from residential to commercial developments. He is highly skilled in design, management, and construction management. He is currently a licensed Architect in 28 states and has offices in Mexico and India His broad experience in all phases of cannabis facilities development qualifies him as an expert in cannabis regulations, a significant asset for the benefit of INCEPTION’S clients. The experience necessary to bring him to prominence as an architect in the cannabis arena has now allowed him to go in CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) projects. His success has allowed him to be an expert in Greenhouse buildings in Controlled Environment Agriculture CEA. Navin wants to secure food and water security for the Future of Humanity. Prior to starting his own Practice, he was a project architect/manager for DWL Architects and Planners, a successful 75-year-old Phoenix based Architectural and planning firm whose projects include the Mid-Western University Arizona and Illinois Campus, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Various projects at Arizona State University, Dental School at University of Nevada in Las Vegas. Prior to DWL, Navin was a project designer and manager with firms deploying him to Detroit, England, Belgium and Mauritius Island. He was the past President of Asian Real Estate Association of American Greater Phoenix chapter and National past president for AREAA Commercial and now is on the Global Real Estate Alliance. He received his Bachelor of Architecture (Business Minor) from University of Florida with the highest honors and earned a Masters of Architecture degree from University of Michigan Summa Cum Laude. He joined the Entrepreneurs Organization in 2020 and is current part of EO Arizona. In his free time, Navin likes to experience the outdoors, travel, cars and explore the world.
