About Navya Matcha

Research professional with a Doctorate degree in Agriculture (Entomology) with a year experience as senior research fellow in ICAR - CRIDA, worked on climate change research focussing on pest modelling, life table studies and toxicology studies. A high level of expertise in laboratory pesticides evaluations viz, bioassays, ecotoxicology studies. Along with experience in conducting field trials, strong approach in identifying pests, their symptoms at field level. Currently working in regulatory division of a reputed agrochemical company by offering duties in domestic and export registrations, dossier preparations etc. A person with good intellectual and interpersonal skills and strongly believe greatness is achieved through kindness and being humble. Scholars of our generation can contribute a lot to the scientific community when given the right opportunity. Yet striving day to day in making a difference in contributing efforts to benefit the farming community.
