About Nayan Halarnekar

Hello everyone, I am Nayan Halarnekar, currently working as an intern at Intel India as STA Engineer. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual, always eager to enhance my skills and knowledge. During my internship, I gained an in-depth understanding of STA concepts and learned how to apply PrimeTime (PT) shell commands to perform timing analysis at both block and full-chip levels. I also worked on quality analysis and the disposition of violations using PT shell. Additionally, I explored the synthesis process using Synopsys Fusion Compiler, where I reviewed log errors and warnings in both STA and synthesis runs. To enhance efficiency, I learned and applied TCL scripting, which helped in streamlining daily tasks. As part of my academic work, I conducted a study on critical path analysis for a self-designed block. I designed the block using Xilinx Vivado and further optimized it using MATLAB. Moving forward, I am looking to work on device-level projects and continue updating my skills, which will further enhance my profile.
