About Nayan Jones

As the Service & Hospitality Manager for the Tucson Roadrunners, I am passionate about creating memorable experiences that bring fans closer to the game and the community. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Advertising from Texas Tech University, I’ve developed a strong foundation in sports business, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable experience in community engagement, event coordination, and ticket sales. At Texas Tech, I worked in athletic ticketing and served as a football equipment manager, roles that taught me the importance of fostering relationships and creating impactful interactions. I’ve also worked in the NPSL, where I led community outreach initiatives and organized events that strengthened the connection between teams and their fans. I believe that sports have the power to unite and inspire, and I’m dedicated to ensuring every fan feels valued and connected.
