Experienced Chartered Accountant and Finance professional with 17+ years of experience in various gamut's of finance including financial planning & analysis (FP & A), Financial accounting, Product Costing, Inventory management, Sales and Marketing, Treasury Management, PLI (Production Linked Incentive), Statutory compliance & Financial Reporting. My experience includes analysing the product profitability and utilizing financial and business analytics skills - to identify the areas and improvement. I have been successfully representing as Finance Business Partner, discussing with top management on strategic decision on product pricing, business case evaluation, optimising PLI Incentive and financial plans/budget as per business goals. I am also skilled for forecasting business performance and P&L, followed by designing and recommending strategic solutions and corrective measures to accelerate the profits and improve the overall business operations. I had worked with esteemed organisation's like Torrent Power Ltd & Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, having roles starting from plant finance project reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Management, Product pricing, Business Case Evaluation & performance management, Costing & Inventory management, Product profitability management, Lead Sales and Marketing function & further added on with Automation & Simplification of processes with IT Enabled approach. Awarded by many appreciations by senior management & CFO. Currently, I am associated with Mahindra Group (Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited), as DGM – Finance and Accounts. My key responsibilities are to lead Sales and Marketing function, Manage PLI Incentive, Manage Spares Business Unit, Product Pricing, Product Profitability Management for reporting to CFO/CEO.
