About Nayan Thakkar

Results-driven and dynamic Technical Lead with over 6.5 years of experience building scalable web and cloud-native applications with PHP, Python, and Node.js. My areas of specialization are backend architecture, product strategy, and cloud infrastructure, with proven leadership throughout the full product life cycle - product conception to launch.I have successfully led engineering teams, collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders, and interacted with clients to develop business requirements into scalable, future-proofed systems. Everything that I do is always based on developing systems that are technically accurate, scalable, and in alignment with long-term business goals. As an AI integration expert and SaaS builder, I feel most alive solving difficult problems, leading innovation, and coming up with solutions that are not only workable but efficient. My zone of interest is to explore the domain of LLMs, NLP, and automation utilities that bring intellect and efficiency to practical implementations. What sets me apart is a mindset that goes beyond just delivering features - I’m deeply invested in the business success of my clients. Every decision I make, from system design to deployment, is driven by a clear focus on long-term scalability, user experience, and ROI.Having mature experience in pre-sales, I have helped shape winning proposals, construct technical solutions under tight timelines, and achieve client confidence through walkthroughs, design of architecture, and delivery mapping. I have also helped products that have been utilized by hundreds of thousands of customers, tuned infrastructures to save costs, and pushed clean and green engineering practices.Technical leadership to me is not simply writing great code but also it's having the correct team, making the best trade-offs, and generating output that delivers business value. I am equally responsible for developer guidance, engineering culture, and ensuring that whatever sprint is being developed helps the bigger picture.
