Born in Baghdad to a Kurdish family, I’ve navigated complex geopolitical environments since childhood — an experience that has given me adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Today, I bring that same resilience to my career in mortgage servicing, investor relations, and risk management. With over 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve held diverse roles ranging from Post-Closing Team Lead to Investor Relations Specialist and currently Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist. I’ve managed high-volume pipelines, complex audits, financial reconciliations, investor certifications, government compliance processes, and multi-million dollar portfolios across both government and conventional lending programs. In addition to my technical expertise, I bring a unique blend of cultural sensitivity and linguistic fluency — interpreting for Department of Homeland Security USCIS in English, Arabic, and Kurdish-Sorani for refugee adjudications, often in high-stakes, trauma-informed environments. What truly motivates me is solving problems, building cross-departmental bridges, and ensuring that both clients and partners are supported with accuracy, compliance, and care. Whether I’m managing complex mortgage portfolios or helping families navigate immigration interviews, I believe that attention to detail, integrity, and compassion are critical to every role.
