I love My profession as Mechanical Engineer since I have started work in this field I learnt every moment and specially few projects which gave me alot of confidence and experience AMF plant (Engro Foods,Waves Blower balancing project,Dubai Mall food court (Clean Zone). I have done my final year project Bearing terminology which was amazing to case study about this mechanical component and how it's important and valuable in our all kind of industry subject to it's usages. it's designed accordingly to the working methodology which varies time to time. Ball Bearing are commonly used for small loads as there load is point load.But helical and tappere bearing are being used for more loads such as agricultural machinary, Process industry, Fertilizer industry, Sugar mills, Cotton mills. we were facing issue for the Blower unbalancing as the blower ring was preparing at Trut puch by Nibbling process. we finally designed as Die to cut the ring at once so the edges will give smooth surface at the blower both ends. we got very good result after making it's in a right way and took right decision.
