About Nazneen Jones

I’ve always had a passion for helping, especially when it comes to self-discovery and self-love. Even as a child I knew my purpose was to bring joy into the lives of others. I’ve always wanted to change the world—one random act of kindness at a time. I started that journey in the healthcare industry, gaining valuable experience in an outpatient clinic. From an entry level position I quickly moved up, learning and excelling in a clerical setting. Later, I attended nursing school and continued to work full time while supporting my family. Once I graduated, I became one of three clinical nurses to be hired on a valued leadership team, which eventually helped me clarify my authentic self and goals. That leadership role awakened a sense of change in me. I knew I could make a genuine difference in others' lives, no matter what field I worked in. I began exploring the financial services arena, transitioning into an operations role at Sparrow Wealth Management, which has now fully bloomed into my role as Client Service Manager. My extensive nursing background gives me insight into caring for others, and I love Sparrow Wealth Management’s dedicated mission and values. The deeply held compassion and care this firm embodies to help others speaks to my core passions.
