Cao! Hello! In 2015 I founded Ethnovision, a creative agency and production company based in Belgrade, Serbia (2015), Accra, Ghana (2020) and Melbourne, Australia (2022). We produce still and moving image for bilateral, multilateral and not for profit clients working to create social change. As creative director I commission and collaborate with talented creators from the global south. At Ethnovision, we produce photographs, films, animations and graphic design products for the humanitarian and ethical business sector. Driven by my passion for ethical storytelling and company ethos I work as a consultant at Fairpicture supporting communications, business development and production. Fairpicture is a digital platform that makes it easy and fast to connect with a global network of local freelance photographers and videographers who believe in the power and impact of fair visual storytelling for brands, nonprofits and government agencies. With clear consent, representation and production guidelines, we are improving the power dynamics in storytelling and create more fairness for the people depicted in images, as well as for the creatives involved in their production.
