For 30+ years, I have been helping companies improve over a range of disciplines including commercial, merchant banking, and NBFC professional services. In my current role as a Zonal Head South & West for SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, I am handling portfolio worth INR Crores. I develop and cultivate thoughtful, holistic transformations, and get buy-in for prosperous growth-oriented/ start-up initiatives for a variety of SBU’s. Through the mastery of change and delivery excellence I've been able to grow successfully and profitable lines of business while leading culturally diverse teams for asset finance merchant banking & investment banking. One such instance is I have set up a stock broking division for institutional & retail markets.~ Creating Finance Infrastructure ~ International Investor ~ I am a prominent speaker in various infrastructure seminars & events. I am passionate about teaching and display an experimental attitude towards the teaching process. With extensive experience in delivering organizationally complex improvement programs, I have the ability to see the big picture while still able to zoom in & see the minute details. I cultivate strategic relationships with stakeholders, staff, & partners to keep all channels of communication open to ensure success.
