Strategic and detail-oriented CPA with Big 4 public accounting roots and extensive experience leading finance operations for life sciences and biotech companies at all stages—from seed funding through IPO. I’ve led accounting operations for high-growth startups, managed Big 4 audits, implemented scalable systems and ERP transitions to optimize financial operations. I’m passionate about building accurate, efficient, and investor-ready finance functions. I’ve developed complex models for budgeting, cash runway, and wind-down scenarios; managed cap tables and 409A valuations; and advised clients through multiple financing rounds, including board and investor engagement. Equally important to me is building high-performing teams. I’ve managed and mentored teams of accountants, created internal training programs, and served as an internal SME on Excel and budgeting.
