About Neal Walker

Neal Walker is a University of Maryland Alumni currently operating as a cleared Government IT Contractor in the Washington D.C Metropolitan Region focused on providing excellent value to Clearwaters.IT and Defense Health Agency as part of Department of Defense. Neal has extensive foundational knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Technology concepts. He is compliant with DOD 8570 IAT 2 and IAM 1 with a Security+ 601 certification. Recently, Neal gained the CompTIA CySA+ certification. He is continuing to develop his certification base, skills, and abilities. During Neal's 8 years as a Federal Contractor he has honed his communication and peoples skills in his various roles serving Health and Human Services (HHS, PSC, IHS, AHRQ, HRSA, SAMHSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS, FEMA), and Department of Defense (DOD, VA, DHA). Through his persistent efforts he has been able to provide superior service to his employer, the government client, users, and the public. Currently Neal is serving as an IT Program Analyst at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center which is home to over users of various Department of Defense agencies. Prior to this role, Neal was in a management role ensuring that 67 employees provide outstanding service to Health and Human Services. Neal is consistently seeking to improve as a professional to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to aid his employer, Government client, and the United States of America.
