About Nebras Alkhateeb

My objective is to leverage my experience while continuing to be challenged with new good opportunity. Currently I am working with Chemonics international – CITIES program USAID as Community Cohesion and Engagement Specialist. I have 2 years and half experience as Community Engagement officer in USAID CEP project (Global communities) at Irbid, 2 years’ experience in Islamic relief (cash assistant, shelter; livelihood and economic empowerment program) in northern region. and also I worked as Internal Auditor(admin and finance) with 5 years’ experience in private sector – local NGO. I have BSc. Finance and banking. My background summarized in project Management (writing project proposal, design plan for my site, conduct training and appropriate activities, establish relationships with CBO's and community leaders, design Budget plan for my site with regular follow up, conduct assessment on the outreach represent a unique combination of disciplines, follow the attendance of beneficiaries and staff, raising PR’s to provide procurement of site materials), lead team, strong communication skills. Personally, I have the drive and determination to consistently achieve success as a leader
