Hey I’m Ned! I’ve been in and around start ups and scale ups my entire career I’ve been sales hire #1, I’ve been sales leader hire #1 and I’ve worked with dozens of companies helping them go from founder led sales, implementing proven strategy, systems, hiring process and skill development. I’ve also been blessed to have a few REAL exits on my resume. My most recent mountain to climb was helping start a home services company.(if you know me, running a construction company seems a tad off brand since I've never even lifted a hammer ) As Chief Revenue Officer, I helped build and lead Beam Solar Co's. revenue team to 8 figure year one growth, and steered us through a lucrative acquisition, leading sales, marketing, and customer success that produced record-breaking results month over month. I helped lead the rebranding and merging of the two companies into Attyx Home Services and lead the team to a $100MM+ first year. Before that, I was the Head of Growth at ClozeLoop, where I helped clients achieve double-digit revenue gains through data-driven strategies and relentless execution, focusing on strategy, systems, staff and skill development. Early-stage startups are my specialty, I thrive on the adrenaline of building high performing sales teams from the ground up and have multiple successful exits to prove it. I'm a data nerd at heart with a knack for spotting revenue opportunities that others miss, a leader who inspires teams to achieve their full potential, and a relentless optimist who believes anything is possible with the right strategy, systems, staff and skill acquisition on top of a whole lot of hustle.
