As the Director of Business Development at Emerald Construction, I am passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships within the commercial real estate industry. Emerald is a Richmond-based, client-driven general contractor serving the healthcare, industrial, office, and retail sectors—bringing expertise, integrity, and collaboration to every project. A Richmond native, my journey in construction began in residential, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, I transitioned into commercial construction, gaining hands-on experience as a Project Engineer. Now, as Director of Business Development and a proud owner of Emerald, I focus on strengthening partnerships, fostering trust, and driving success for our clients and industry partners. Beyond my work, I serve as a board member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), contributing to the growth and innovation of our local real estate community. When I’m not collaborating on projects or strategizing new opportunities, you’ll find me outdoors—fishing, hunting, or capturing moments through photography.
