About Ned Debeck

I focus on building strong working relationships and trust as the foundation of my approach. Ultimately, everything is personal. I have worked in consulting, sales, marketing, project management, and process redesign roles over a 15+ year career. Throughout this time I've developed skills and delivered services in project management, process improvement, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting, facilitation and coaching support. More recently I have led cross-functional teams in designing and implementing AI-enhanced solutions that transform how organizations work. My current focus is on leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create scalable, interactive systems that bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. This includes preparatory thinking and action on how to make your processes and data "AI ready", ensuring inputs are clean, relevant, current, and reliable. My experiences have allowed me to work within the public and private realms, within many industry sectors including natural resources, outdoor equipment manufacturing, social services, financial services, and more. Outside of work I serve as a Director of the Vancouver Island Windsports Society. With my additional time I prefer to be on the water either kiteboarding, surfing, or SUP surfing, or golfing. If the weather is bad I'll be renovating my home and watching DIY and golf videos on Youtube!
