It's a journey I continue to embrace with enthusiasm and dedication. Managing recruitment and providing effective administration of human resources isn't just a job for me - it's my passion! My role as an HR practitioner is rewarding and deeply inspiring. I'm driven by the opportunity to source prospective candidates and motivate them to apply for roles that can truly make a difference and leave a lasting impact; I'm dedicated to showcasing the world's largest regional security organization as an Employer of Choice, a place where talent thrives; I take immense pride in contributing to a comprehensive approach to security through the efficient management of the hiring process and people; Embracing new technologies to elevate our recruitment processes is a source of excitement for me. As an HR practitioner, I am committed to finding the most effective solutions while ensuring that every potential candidate and applicant has an exceptional experience throughout their journey. Beyond my professional life (though it seamlessly blends with my work), I have a deep passion for aromatherapy and crafting natural cosmetics for personal and use of my family. Exploring the properties of essential oils and their incredible benefits for our health and well-being brings me great joy.
