About Neeharika Chenna

I am a residential counselor at Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health, where I provide therapeutic support and guidance to adolescents with mental health and substance use issues. I work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and facilitate group sessions and activities. I have a passion for psychology and I apply my skills and knowledge to various research projects in the field of clinical psychology. As a research assistant at UCSF, I collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources, using statistical software and techniques. I also contribute to the development and validation of assessment instruments and tools, and communicate our findings and recommendations to our stakeholders and partners. I obtained my BS in Psychology from Penn State University in 2023, after transferring from Las Positas College in 2020. I value collaboration, communication, and ethical standards in my work, and I strive to learn new methods and tools to enhance my professional development and to deliver high-quality services.
